Although we're apart, you're part of my heart ♡

Last night, I took a couple of photographs for my Photography class. My chosen theme is Fairytales, so this involved me going to a forest-type place near my house dressed in my mother's wedding tiara, and I'm pretty happy about how my photos turned out! Here's a few of my favourites;

So, anyway, yes, I thought I'd share those x)

Today my outfit was inspired by witches and autumn teen witch vibes.
My mother gave me her old ankle length black velvet dress, which i'm kind of in love with. It's so so pretty, I wore it to college and got a bunch of compliments from friends, but I did feel a little naked. It's quite grown up and feels like it clings to my tummy sometimes (but the dress is super baggy, so this is just me being super self concious)

It's originally from BHS :-)

I know this photo doesn't do it justice but hey, it's the best I can do.

This shows more of the velvet ^
It's quite a horrible feeling when you brush crumbs off yourself or whatever, but that's what happens with velvet! Deal with it, Sami!

Have a picture Gianne took of me today, I was pretending to be the monster from Pan's Labrynth.
I'm just wearing a bunch of bracelets, the two Hinduism ones are from Accessorize and my flower headband is from a shop in Glastonbury.

Hope you enjoyed this outfit :-)

Greetings and Salutations.

HAPPY OCTOBER!

I know this is kind of late, but huzzah! It's October, my favourite month if I had to chose!
I've been busy soaking up the autumn vibes and wondering if I could collect enough leaves to make a collage. (Pictures if that ever happens)
Anyway, here's some things I've gotten up to since my last post!

Got attacked by my camera-obsessed friend Gianne and ended up getting my photo taken by her a couple times... This was during Open Evening at my college, which was actually really fun to do, it got dark, and i don't know about you but there's something really lovely about being at a school or a college during the night.
Here's another picture she took of me, I'll tell you what i wore below it.

Skull headband (made by me), can ring pull necklace (made by me), turquoise/blue jumper (H&M Sale, £3), black lace skirt (New Look, given to me by my sister), boots (actually my mum's, from Clarks)

I drew a Frankenweenie drawing of Victor and his dog Sparky, as I am so excited to see it! I can't wait! If I had my way I'd see it tonight (It came out today) but for various reasons, I'll have to wait till Saturday when I can see it with a couple of my friends. The dress code is going to be "Black and White" seeing as it's a black and white film and at the Premiere and the 'Fantastic Fest 2012', pretty much all the actors were in black and white!
(Winona Ryder looked so stunning, I think I should make/buy a dress like hers below)

(Tim Burton, Winona Ryder and Martin Landau)

Had cuddles with my dog Ollie ♡

And attempted a Marie Antoinette hairstyle (Yes, I failed. But this was the best I could do!)

So, I hope everyone's been having a wonderful October.
College work has made it less fun but I'm trying not to let that ruin my favourite time of the year. I'm so excited about Halloween, I'm thinking of being Mrs Lovett!

Speak soon x

Farewell Ponds )-:

MY HEART HAD BEEN RIPPED FROM MY CHEST.
NO JOKE.

I'm looking at you, Moffat.
Yes, so I watched the latest episode of Doctor Who, which involved the Ponds leaving forever. And now, I am going to go cry in a hole forever. The Ponds were truely the best companions, in my opinion. I adore Karen Gillian and Arthur Darvil a little too much, and Matt Smith is utterly perfect. So, I firgured to help with my Post-Pond depression, I'd dedicate an outfit to them (sort of)

Here's what I wore today.

Karen Gillian/Amy Pond inspired makeup ^_^

  Matt Smith inspired bow tie!

Thestral t-shirt from WB Studio Tour!

And my jeans are from Primark! ^__^~

Hope you enjoyed this posttttt!
And, now if you haven't seen Doctor Who, you need to go watch it...
NOW!!!!

That vixen, she's a master of disguise, I see danger when I look in her eyes ♡

Hello! Today I felt like channeling some Rookie girl in myself (more than usual, anyway) and so I decided to attempt to do my hair in a beehive like in this tutorial. It was pretty tricky for me to do because a. my hair isn't very long, b. I don't have many hair clips/bobby pins and c. I had to rush otherwise I'd be late to college.
But other than these minor problems, I think I managed to pull it off, and I got some unexpected compliments from my friends at break! Anyway, here's a picture.

And, here is my outfit for today. Took me ages to choose what to wear this morning, ugh it was awful! I really can't wait till I have hundreds of outfits to choose from! (One day...*dramatic sigh*)

I'm wearing the same dress in the last post, but my lace tights are more obvious and it looks like a pretty different outfit. And the lace headband is the same too.

I just finished making a flower headband/crown (also Rookie inspired - Gosh I'm boring!) out of some wooden roses I once bought at a market stall as a gift for someone in my family (I take it they were no longer wanted, because they're old and faded now) and a plastic skeleton I took off a Halloween straw. I'm super proud of how it turned out. Also, I cut my fringe shorter (I like to call it the lydia Deetz haircut). ♡

:-)

Thankyou for reading!

Lay me down, let the only sound be the overflow, pockets full of stones ♡

Not to sound stupid or whatever, but do you ever get stared at and just like really don't understand why? I was walking into college this morning, wearing this and it was like I seemed to get more stares than I usually notice. Idk, it was so odd because for me this is a lazy Friday afternoon outfit. Nothing more, nothing less. Maybe it was the giant lace bow on my head but i guess we'll never know.

I am wearing;
~(Homemade) Lace bow
~My dad's cardigan (I stole it for the day)
~Black lacey tights (from M&S)
~(H&M) dress
~"Eat Me" Alice In Wonderland necklace (gift)

♡ Happiness hit her like a train on a track ♡

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii!~

I AM GINGER ♡♡♡

I used Loreal Feria Paprika Power after a friend recommended it, and it's incredible!~
I love it, and it wasn't noticably damaging either!

I was inspired by Amy Adams, but even more so by Florence Welch who I'm completly obsessed with ^___^~

EXCUSE ME WHILE I ROCK OUT TO THE BESTIVAL LIVESTREAM
FLORENCE + THE MACHINE ♡♡♡
