Hey friends.

I've finally got round to posting an outfit, so I do hope you all like it!

I basically got inspired by my flower headband, that I bought in Glastonbury(the most magical place in England).

Today I wore my over-sized turquoise jumper, my floral shorts and pink tights! (Plus lots of necklaces!)

Jumper from H&M (Sale), 4 necklaces (2 were gifts & the other 2 are homemade), Floral shorts from Primark, Pink tights from Primark, Flower headband from a shop in Glastonbury.

I'm quite happy about my outfit today as it's colourful and comfortable and I felt very happy today. Today was nice. I can't tell you how much I love my flower headband. I got a couple of nice compliments about it today, and it makes me feel like one of these girls;

I am a total space cadet. Sorry for the lack of blogging and all. And that 30 day challenge? I mean, what even happened to that? I'll do that tomorrow because it's a Sunday and I'll probably just be attempting at revising for maths and nothing else. So yes. Look forward to that!

I just wanted to share with you my 3 latest obsessions inspirations. I guess I shouldn't call them that. I mean, one of them commits suicide, one of them is a basket case and the other is a murderer. HA!

Firstly, lets start with Cecilia Lisbon. Seeing as I watched The Virgin Suicides(1999) yesterday.

"What we have here is a dreamer. Someone completely out of touch with reality."

The reason my favourite character from this film is probably because of just that. She's not as social as her sisters seem to be and even though she it the first to commit suicide, I think she is the one I can relate to the most. That may seem worrying but, hey, that's just me. Also, she likes writing in her journal, I do too, it's just a good way to spill all your secrets without having someone judge you.

Secondly, we have Veronica Sawyer (Heather's 1988) played by my favourite actress Winona Ryder.

"Dear diary, my teenage angst bullshit has body count."

Veronica Sawyer is amazing. She's best friends with the bitchiest and most popular girls in school, and she hates them. I love everything about this girl. From the things she wears to the stuff she says, I can seriously relate to this girl. She ends up killing her so called best friends, so don't think that is the reason I can relate to her. I enjoy the way she's a loner because she does not fit in with the people she hangs out with at all. I love her diary entries. (Oh look, we have a diary/journal thing going on here...)

And, ALSO. Summer Camp wrote a song about/called Veronica Sawyer. And they used Heather's quote at the beginning of one of their other songs, I mean could that band GET any cooler?

And, lastly we have Allison Reynolds from The Breakfast Club (1985).

"I'm not a nymphomaniac. I'm a compulsive liar."

Allison Reynolds is described as a basket case. And I'm pretty sure I'm one too. She is loner, a weirdo and she doesn't have any friends. I mean, how much more could I relate to someone.

I absolutely love her. The stuff she wears (even after the make over). I love the fact that she takes the meat out of her sandwich and pours on pixie sticks and cereal. I love that shes a fantastic artist and she then uses dandruff from her hair as snow. Also, the first word the rest of The Breakfast Club hear her say is "HA!".

So, yeah, I hope you enjoyed my blog post. You should go and watch those 3 film and tell me what you think in the commennts. :)

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

So! It's finally that time of year, where I'm allowed to dress up and go out into the dark with one of my friends asking people for sweets that I realise I won't be able to eat because they aren't suitable for vegetarians!

Yeah. Bit of a mouthful. This year, I was planning on being Lydia Deetz and all, but in the end I figured i'd be a mash of Jack Skellington/Gerard Way. :D

I cut my hair!

Yup! That's right, I now have super short hair. Ah, change feels good.

I was thinking about cutting my hair for a while, and these are basically the reasons why i cut it:

- Shorter hair is so much easier to dye and bleach.

- I was never really happy with my long hair, it just didn't look how i wanted it to look.

- I wanted to put layers in my hair but i couldn't because of the length.

- I'd had long hair for so long now, and i just wanted a change, tbh. (:

So, i'm pretty darn happy with it. I'll probably re-dye it pink soon, maybe tomorrow if i can. Also, i might cut it a little shorter after i have my shower tonight.

Sorry i haven't been blogging much, it's just it's my week off. I'll continue to do my outfit posts when college starts again and i'll post for my 30 day challenge either tonight or tomorrow.

30 Day Challenge - Day 3.

I didn't do the 30 day challenge yesterday because i didn't have anything to do for it;

A piece of clothing or jewellery that was a gift

Today's one is: A shirt that you haven’t worn yet. But that's just stupid. Why would i have an unworn top in my closet?! As soon as i buy a top i stick it on and parade it around the house like it's the best thing in the world!

So, i'm going to do this one: Your favourite pair of jeans;

These are my favourite jeans ever! These are the reasons why;

-They are super comfy.

-They make my legs look so skinny.

-They go with anything & everything.

-They were a really good price! (£8)
